The purpose of a structural report is to identify structural problems
in a property, determine the causes and give remedial solutions
so that the property can be put into a good mortgageable / habitable
condition.
Our reports
are normally ready at the end of the next working day and start from
£160.
If requested we can provide free estimates for remedial
work necessary to rectify the problems or for work specified on the
mortgage valuation.
If requested
we can provide free timber and damp-course surveys.
This gives
a complete service to the house buyer.
